Assistant Coach of the Year 

In 2025, Sanctuary Lakes Netball Association introduced the Assistant Coach of the Year award to recognise the hard work, dedication, and positive impact of our assistant coaches. This award highlights the vital role our assistant coaches play in supporting the head coach, helping players develop, fostering teamwork, and creating an encouraging and supportive environment both on and off the court.

We particularly celebrate assistant coaches who are committed, keen to learn the tools and skills of coaching, encouraging to players, and always willing to grow in their role.

All members of the association are invited to submit a nomination for the assistant coach they believe deserves this honour, along with a short explanation of why their chosen coach should be recognised. This ensures the award reflects the voices of our club and celebrates the assistant coaches who truly make a difference.
